Day 7 and 8
Is it still considered one instance if you go over your days and double down on a six month day 7 and 8 or is will that be a written year for using 2? Tia

I wad told it would be a one year, but i know others who only got a six month. I imagine its group leader discretion

Thanks!! Yah that’s what I’ve been hearing to…mixed answers..I can’t figure it out and don’t understand how one could get a year and the other a 6 month

If you call in day 7&8 together, that is one incident, so it would just be a documented discussion. The change is that if you used day 6&7 together, that the ELOA for day 6 no longer covers the incident, so day 7 would still be a 6-month documented discussion.
