Ford
3% hourly wage increase for production
5.5% hourly wage increase for maintenance
Effective on Sep.22/2025
Plus COLA they may have accumulated since Dec.2024
TMMC will deduct our spring wage increase from that total

What are we thinking? 15 cents for an even $44 an hour?

Big 3 will be at $44.52+ .78 cola
We are at $43.85
Our raise should be $1.45
Next week or the week after announced

There should be a cola reset this month , plus overall 3% wage increase from last September . Tmmc has semi annual wage increases that you have to take account for when calculating the overall accuracy of our wage increase coming this week or next week.

Every year for the past 25 years this is what people say. But every year they match. That's why we are equal to the big 3 now. In june they were paid $43.23 + 52 cents cola. We moved to $43.85.
As of Sept 22nd we will be $1.45 cents behind them. They will match. If they don't we have to do what we always do. Sign the Union e-card an they will feel the pressure to match. In 25 years they have always matched within one raise. expect it.

Everyone better thank their employer. With our nighttime premium and yearly bonus before overtime our average compensation is around $100000

You are correct we will be making great money but we also compensate our life for this company. If we are making this imagine whats being profited.
